50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIREDon all for sale animals that you want.WITH THE BALANCE DUE IN TWO WEEKS!!!!!A deposit insures the animal is held for you.It is non refundable
I have the rabbit as sold and if you back out I have lost a sale on the
rabbit not only to you but others who inquire about them when you have
money on the animal!!If your not going to have the money when the
time comes to pay for the rest of the rabbits, health certificates,shipping
costs etc, then DO NOT SEND YOUR DEPOSIT IT IS NON REFUNDABLE!!!
I am placing a holding time on the rabbits paid for in full or not.If not paid for in full in a timely manor which is the two weeks I give you after the deposit has been made, I will resale the animals...I cannot sell something and hold it for a month feeding it my feed unless prior arrangements are made with me.If a rabbit should die, or I find a DQ,(it will be culled)before I ship to you, I will replace it with another rabbit of my choice,same value as price paid.If a DQ is found by 2 different judges at different shows I want proof, and I expect the rabbit to be culled. Culled is not petted out. Too many dishonest people have forced the following guidelines. If I request it be culled I expect the rabbit to be properly put down and a very visible photo of the ear that was tattooed in a picture with the deceased rabbit.Absolutley No cash refunds will ever be given. That money paid for that rabbit has been spent on feed, entries, etc.
If you cannot wait the reasonable time I need to replace a rabbit (could
be 1-6 months, could be a year if you need it to go to convention)then
you forfeit your replacement.A person cannot just pluck a rabbit from thin
air that meets all your criteria...If I have to feed a rabbit for over
two weeks before shipping an aditional charge of 1.50 per day per rabbit
will apply for feed..
As of March 1st 2004 I will be charging a 30.00 handling fee per person shipping as the price
of gas has skyrocketed and it costs me over 60.00 for gas to go to the
vet,
and airport and back.
My shipping is for a trio (3) animals or more, some exceptions depending
on price of rabbits.Rabbits price must come to 250.00 for just them
I WILL NOT SHIP JUST ONE!!
I will begin discounts on a trio (3) or more.
All animals guaranteed sound, and healthy, when they leave my possession,
the vet certificate clarifys that.If one should die in transport, I will
provide you with a bill of sale compensating the animals first litter they
would have produced as well, and the airlines should replace it at that
price, not myself!!
I recommend buying carriers from Woody's Wabbits in Astoria, Oregon his
link is at the bottem of my page.
He knows me well from making carriers for my shipping needs and is very
prompt with shipping me a carrier and his craftsmanship is outstanding!!
If you do not wish to ship and want to have someone transport them for
you.
You are responsible for that type of transport.I will make all the shipping
plans and so on!!! If I have to meet someone with the bunz somewhere for
you the 20.00+ fee still applies to pay for my time and my gas depending
on where I must meet!
